The All-Seeing Heavenly Master was one of the Dao Comprehension Sage Exalted's many disciples. Like her master, she was cunning and ruthless.

Volume 9 - Birth of Asura[]
She makes her first appearance assisting Long Shengbu and Long Xiaoxiao, being hired by the two to help break through Zhuge Yuankong's (Ox-Nosed Old Daoist) Spirit Formation. However, this ends up being a ruse as her true intentions were to kill Long Xiaoxiao as she was hired to do so by Long Mumu beforehand, one of Long Xiaoxiao's rivals within the Dragon Clan.
Unfortunately for her, before she could successfully kill them, Chu Feng arrives and uses the power of Zhuge Yuankong's spirit formation to defeat her. Knowing she cannot hope to contend against Chu Feng with his power over the spirit formation she activates a teleportation spell to escape, swearing vengeance.
She later returns to her master, Dao Comprehension Sage Exalted, and reports back to him. At the same time, three mysterious individuals (Xianhai Shaoyu, Xianhai Xin'er, and Xianhai Gosu) come seeking her for her divination skills. She initially dismisses them for their rudeness, but quickly reconsiders when her master is severely injured with a single attack by one of the mysterious visitors (Xianhai Shaoyu).
They ask her to divinate what was inside a special black box they had and whether opening it would bring about a massive calamity to them. However, upon seeing this box, she is filled with shock as she recognizes the box as a treasure the Holy Light Clan possessed and tried to get her master to open in the past. She states the she had divinated it once before and could only figure out the consequences of opening the box and that she had no idea what was contained inside. After they leave, she is left completely paralyzed with fear as the only way those visitors could have gotten the box was by forcefully taking it from the Holy Light Clan, inferring that the three individuals must have been masters of another galaxy.
Shortly after, Dao Comprehension Sage Exalted uses her to heal the wounds dealt by the mysterious young man (Xianhai Shaoyu), killing her and leaving her body as a dried up corpse. This was done as punishment and revenge for being indirectly responsible for the arrival of the three visitors.
